Per proposal. We scope the work with you first, then send a fixed proposal tied to the inclusions and outputs. No shelf pricing, no surprise scope.
How quickly can we start?
Intake can begin within 1 business day. Discovery typically starts the same week once access is granted.
Can we scale from one project to a portfolio?
Yes. Start with a single project and upgrade to PMO Advance to add portfolio coverage and coaching.
Do engagements include support?
Yes. During the discovery window we provide weekly updates, and for Emergency Response we are on-call as agreed.
Is the scope fixed once we start?
Scope is set at kickoff. Out-of-scope work is agreed before execution, especially for emergency engagements.
